§ 01 — The Premise

The Premise

Most people who study information policy have never had to enforce it. Roby Wahab has spent the better part of a decade doing both — reading the theory in graduate seminars by day and, for the federal government, deciding by night whose objection gets vacated, whose file gets released, and how privacy gets protected.
